Return & Refund Policy

You have 7 days from the receipt of your order to decide if you need to return any items or packages. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via email at support@globaljewelrywholesale.com and request the return.

Return Conditions:

  • Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items marked as non-returnable and gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns without proper return requests. Please make sure to contact us via email to initiate the return process.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns. The return cost (including shipping and customs fees) must be borne by the customer.
  • If you have issues with part of your order and wish to return those items, you may also contact us, and we will provide a return solution based on the specific circumstances.

Please verify the condition of your return items before shipping. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned merchandise during the shipping process. Once we receive your returned package, we will begin processing the refund.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method, not as store credit. If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via email at support@globaljewelrywholesale.com and specify the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment account used for the purchase.

Note:

The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.
